Refund policy

At Rad & Co., we want you to love your purchase! However, if you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer returns for store credit only.

Return Guidelines:

• Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.

• Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

• All returns will be issued in the form of store credit — we do not offer refunds to the original form of payment.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Sale items, accessories, intimates, bodysuits, and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.

How to Initiate a Return:

To start a return, please contact us at contact-us@radicallyaestheticdesigns.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item(s) back.

Store credit will be issued via email in the form of a digital gift card once your return has been processed.
